I can confirm that there is a young lad about 10 maybe who was wearing the Yellow shirt of the Scum in Eastbourne that both me and my best mate contemplated screaming "SEEEEEEEEEAGUUUUUULS! However shouting at a 10 year old isn't the best way of not attracting the law so my mate did manage drag us around the Arndale Center following him, trying to get close enough to whisper "Seagulls" before hurrying off. I felt like a true stalker today.
