I really hope for that bloke's sake that he is harnessed onto the cage railing. Otherwise the Health & Safety Executive will have him for flagrant neglect of the Working at Height Regs.

that reminds me when I was school we were told that we were not allowed to throw hacky sacks into the air because if they come down from a height and land on someone's head, it will kill them?!

I now think that may have been a slight exaggeration...
