Southwick Square is an absolute dump full of Southwick Soldiers under 14's gang, Pikeys, Chavs and Spivs.

My plan is to bulldoze the square and build a state of the art community football club with a 25000 capacity which would be well served by the train station and A27.

I think this could be a winner and am putting it to Dick Knight.

Knock down the 2 ugly 60s/70s office blocks by the Cobblers thumb and build the statium in the middle of the city next to the station and about 50 cracking pubs.

Should have put it there before the new development, it would have been finished by now.
