I would actually disagree. At least with internet dating you are meeting people who actually want to date.

As opposed to the usual treadmill of chatting up "oh sorry I got a boyfriend etc etc" time and time and time and time again.

So it does have its advantages, like speed dating.

I have never tried either but I wouldnt think any less of someone who had. Also with todays extremely busy lives sometimes its easier to go on tinternet.
