Oldham give free admission for Grimsby game
Oldham's new owners will celebrate their successful takeover by letting fans in for free against Grimsby next month.
All home and away supporters will be allowed free admission at Boundary Park on February 8 for their league clash with Grimsby on a day that will mark the club's survival.
"Latics supporters have been through some very difficult times in which their club nearly went into extinction," said joint-owner Simon Blitz.
"They remained loyal to the club and contributed to our ongoing fight for survival.
"To return the compliment to fans and celebrate the dawn of a new era we are offering free entry to all to Boundary Park and the opportunity to join in the day's festivities."
Entertainment inside and outside the ground will start an hour before kick-off with players past and present joining dance troupes and bands in a special lap of honour.
