OK then, you pick the team

As we all know better than MM (win rate is 12% at the moment!) about what is the best XI we can put out, it is time to put up or shut up.

You have to chose from players that are currently under contract to brighton & Hove ALbion FC and are available for selection (so that's no players that we have out on loan to other clubs, injured etc)

Maybe he thought he was signing the contract of a firm of builders to make a extra room in his roof at home

Every team list so far suffers from the same problem... lack of goals up front.

So not much improvement then.....

looks like I am not the only one thinking we should play three across the back and two wingbacks then?

I agree with this and reckon our formation should have changed weeks ago. WHY continue with the attacking formation if it's not producing goals? Surely we should rethink completely, tighten the ship (we have the personnel to do this) and try and nick a goal here or there...or would this change entail arrogant Mcghee admitting he was wrong?

I would maybe agree if we had the players to do it

Well in the centre back roles you can have any 3 of Butters, McShane, Hinsh, El-Abd, Lynch and Tommy Elphick.

Mayo in the past has looked comfortable at wing back, I guess having an extra defender covering him helps and as Reid likes to get forward, I would have thought right wing back will suit him.

But then, I wouldn't have fallen out with our best striker ...

It's not just about team selection but also motivation, tactics, man amanagement etc which are things I question about MM

Ahh but thats down to wages, stadium, facilities :bla: :bla: :bla:

The squad is good enough to compete. Player for player we are no worse than Stoke or QPR or Plymouth or Hull but we have the wrong man in charge.

Mr Toad...do you believe that is our best Midfield .

I would respectfully suggest that the latter two is one of the main reasons we are where we are!
