Man City, Tottenham, Villa and Everton will all start to push the top 4 soon. Man City and maybe Tottenham can out spend Arsenal.

You reckon? I doubt it. Folk were getting all excited earlier in the season about Villa I recall. The only way I can see something changing is if one of the current top 4 is destabalized off the pitch and goes into a nose-dive, an aggressive take over or something...i.e. their eyes are taken well off the ball literally. It wont be because of the ability of Villa or Man City.
