To be fair to FG, his 'pipedream' comments have never been aimed at the planning permission. Infact he has always thought we'd get it. His comments regard the funding of the Stadium which we yet have to finalise...

Wasn't excactly a yes was it and he is closest for sure,so being bha i feel many more twist and turns to come and yet again the club still can't get a stadium.

What bullshit next from prescott and how much time does he need mmmmm,its delay after delay yet again.You spend a couple of million and state its the only option and then all this shite i.e other sites. Thats another 6 months and then i bet another 6 months,so can't wait to see what crap he comes out with next mmmmm.
