Nothing... rumour has it that there is deliberately space above to put in a second tier, should the club wish to apply for planning permission to expand - this picture shows the finished product and the 'space' where a second tier could go:

Not really, the North Stand is going to have a lot more going on - shops, offices, etc, with a lower ground floor level.

Also, the top few rows of the stand are pre-cast concrete units (see pics)

You can get an idea of how big the second arch is going to be by the way it DWARFS the white van in the 10:30 shot.

I think you will find that the second arch is the same size as the first. It will be higher - see the height of the the dogs heads/thrust blocks.

Does anyone know why one of the huge supports for the flyover opposite the Stanmer park entrance has been demolished ? Bit of an expensive cock up ?

The bottom west arch will be at a different angle to the east arch as that bit of the roof is on a downward slant so they must be different in some way, but I think they're the same size

I couldnt believe it as i drove by yesterday afternoon and it had been demolished.
