seen to many people with out avatars or just stealing other peoples so heres a site jame packed with them just right click on the one you want and go to properties and copy the url

Avatars can be up to 100*100 and 7k.

So find a picture on the web that suits these, right click, properties, copy the URL and paste it into your avatar settings on your control panel (User CP button at the top)
