I have a dilemma.

I am organising a conference (not-for-profit) in London
in early summer and because we are on a tight budget - we
want to give out freebies in a bag (as they do at most conferences)
which cost minimal amounts. People will be mostly coming
from abroad. So - what is low cost and will be really appreciated
by and useful for people coming to London most for the first
time but some returning.

Any help welcome. Ta,

Its not exciting but if they are first time visitors to london, then one of those pocket size maps could be useful? Maybe you could provide a few places of interest and brief directions how to get there along with some helpful tips like telling them to buy a travelcard for the day as opposed to singles and letting them know it works on all transport in the centre (i know its obvious to us but its not always obvious to tourists especially if their first language isn't english).

Depending how long they'll be here for an Oyster card holder might be good? Not sure how much they'd cost though...

Talk to some of the bigger attractions and see if they can give you some discount vouchers. Same with places like Hard Rock etc.
