O/T Wall fallen over whose responsible ?

I have a wall between a neighbour and me between our driveways and it has fallen over his was and marked his car.
This wall is on his boundary side so responsible for upkeep and repairs etc.
But the wall has fallen from my side as if been knocked over but as to how remains unknown, I returned home and found it down.
Who’s insurance need’s to be claimed on for the replacement and car repairs. Theirs or mine?

From what you say - its all his problem, even if someone did push it over from your side.
Open a beer and listen to him having a row with his insurance company.
