The best cheese I ever had was at Crimbo last year. It was Sheeps cheese from a local farm and at room temperature it was almost liquid in form (it was dripping). Soooo creamy and tasty. Mmm mmm mmmmmm..

Have to go along with that. A nice bit of Brie in french stick with a generous spread of quality butter and a glass of red takes a lot of beating.
