Saturday morning. Sun's out, but it's cold. Fresh coffee's on the go, bit of brekkie, sitting there in the knowledge that you're shortly off to a game (preferably an away game) and three points shortly to be bagged.

Bettered only by the same circumstances but on a Sunday morning after a win, with all the 'papers. Oh yeah. :smokin:

When a dog pushes its' head against my leg in a show of quiet affection

Roast potatoes when they are done just right, with a little salt.

finding a great psych classic 45, in good shape, cheap.

Salmon skin, slightly crispy .

When sailing and the boat is heeled over, sea lapping at the gunnel, and moving fast.

a nice, hot scented bath when I'm in no hurry.

A nice surprise phone call from a good friend.

Rhubarb crumble, with hot custard.

Telling a joke when everyone laughs.

Singing a new song in karaoke, when it comes out good.

Calamari steak sauteed in garlic butter with melted brie and capers.

Making a defence splitting pass or cross that results in a goal

I really like Autumn - and this one was a belter - all sunny crisp days and gorgeous trees - all greens, golds, oranges.

Fresh cobnuts from Sainsbury's were fantastic - nothing like those year-old dried up walnuts and brazils they're now peddling for Xmas.

PJ's did a new smoothie for Autumn- Apple, Blackberry and Plum - which was slurplicious.

I can also highly recommend that if you're near the Cafe in Marks and Spencer go for their Christmas coffee - coffee with whipped cream and hot fudge sauce and absolutely divine.

:)

Surprised no one has said wanking.

Waking up most days knowing I don't have to get up.

Baileys.

Cheese.

Music.

Seeing my one year old cousin learn to talk.

Having a nice crap.

Talking to my budgie.

Alcohol.

those mornings when you wake up in a nice hot bed, and just for about 3 seconds thinking that there is nothing wrong with anything

Thinking you've finished your bag of Maltesers - but when about to discard the packaging you find the special bonus malteser tucked right in the corner.
