O/T Sorry, more PC help needed

Ive recently deleted a programme on my PC that must have loaded on Startup, because now that it is un-installed I keep getting an error coming up when I boot up saying "unable to load blah blah blah". Can anyone tell me how I can rectify this so that it doesnt try to load it every time I boot up windows.
