It's moving without pressing play! Even better than those 3D illusions. Does it still work if you print it out?

But is it still, and looks as though it's moving, or is it actually moving?

It's still. Try to keep your eye line fixed and it doesn't move.
God knows why that is though.

Oh yeah, if you move your eyes about it moves, but if you keep them fixed it doesn't. Weird.

The first one is not moving, Shirley? It is a dazzling display. Surely about your eyes catching each end ([ossibly the whole thing) of the graphic at random moments and the subsequent effect of the 'subject' moving.
