Yup. Thumbs up here. If you're local to Brighton and play live pm me. You'd fit in on some of the bills we do.
As others said, it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. The production is top notch and can hear lots of influences in there, bits of Joy Division and OMD, Kings of Convenience and Boards of Canada too. This is definitely my cup of tea.
Not my usual cup of tea. but I have given it a spin and it's good. Excellent work
Nearest thing to it that I have is the last Ulver album ATGCLVLSSCAP, a far cry from their black metal roots.

back on to page one for anyone who wasn't able to give it a listen at work. I'm sure OP would appreciate some more feedback from the great and the good of NSC. Highly recommended
Just ordered your CD.
Most enjoyable. Perfect listening for a Sunday afternoon following a heavy weekend. I like the artwork too.
Quick question for you Hungry Joe: Have you worked out the technicalities of playing DAMSELFLY tunes in a live setting yet, or is that still some way down the line?
CD arrived today cheers Hungry Joe. Playing it as we speak. Really have to admire the lean mean minimalist packaging, it's a thing of beauty that complements the music beautifully. Nice one!
While I'm here, have you given any thoughts to radio play? If you're not already aware of it, can I point you in the direction of Brighton's underground dance music station Codesouth. There's a number of electronica DJs on there who will certainly give your music a listen and who may well take it up and run with it. Gets the music out there - which is what it's all about aye?
