Try the Joogleberry Playhouse on Manchester Street.

The Prince Albert sounds like it would be best for your needs, they put on a lot of smaller bands there.

I'd say the Freebut for your first trip south, Pressure point ( the Richmond really!) is ok, but because of the high celing the sound can be poor if its less than full . . .likewise the Concorde2

no such problems in theold Concorde, I used to smack my head on stage without jumping . . .great venue

If you go to the Pressure Point you need to speak to G(Gareth) or Paul. If you mention to Gareth you're a Brighton fan he will look after you, if you mention to Paul you like football you'll never play there :lolol:
