they voted yes on 31 May

anyone got any dollar yet?

I may be elegible as paid into an std life works pension for about 3 months in 2003 in the short time between our company being taken over (and therefore relinquishing our Scott eq pension) and me leaving for pastures new.

If you recieved a voting form and you voted you will definitley get them.

Should hear again from Standard Life in a month or so.

Oh I didn't vote. Shouldn't stop me if I'm elegible though should it?

Hopefully the form is in a pile of (about 6 months) post at the folks house. Living abroad you see!!

The next lot of forms will be dispatched towards the end of next week. Those that want to cash out shouldn't expect to get their cheque until mid-July.

Probably not. You *may* qualify for a preferential purchase rate, but if you're getting free shares you should already know about it. Many people contributing under an "Occupational" pension scheme will, by default, have any proceeds sold and reinvested in their policies.

OK thanks for that Nail Z.

So it's a win-win situation then. albeit small win.

Not really been on my radar but I saw it on the news and thought I'd check.

Don't worry - your free shares are in safe hands.

you get shares if you are entitled, not if you voted, so no probs!
