It's so true. Grew up near there, went to college there, bought a house there, lived in it for 4 months, rented it out and have hardly been back since in 5 years.

It's DULLER THAN DULL! And if we ever tried to build a football stadium in that part of Sussex, the level of NIMBYS would astonish you I can guarantee you. The only good thing about the place is you make a killing on property. But basically the residents either ship out 7am-7pm to work in London or are retired busy bodies getting a bit of interferring in before dying. Harty out to set up another of his businesses there!
