NTL are a bunch of total wankers. Used to have TV, phone & internet with them. Have now swapped to BT and Sky. Works out a bit cheaper, and the customer service is so much better.

BTW - NTL were getting a right slagging on Watchdog last night as well.

Do you need a telephone point for dial up.
The reason i stay with ntl is because the connection comes from the set top in my bedroom.I would have to pay for a phone line to be run upstairs.
Would the extra cost work out.

NTL are crap. Their customer service is awaful and so are their products. Despite living int he centre of London i'm still stuck with analogue TV and dial-up as they haven't upgraded their cables yet! How crap is that! I can't even get a dish, as the building i live in won't allow it!
