Me too. One of the very best. Doris Day could whip-crack-away any time she liked as far as I'm concerned. If only I was 60 years younger !!!!

All together now....."Oh the deadwood stage is-a comin' on over them hills....."

I had the misfortune of sitting through the Toyah Wilcox stage show earlier this year - what a load of old toilet. It would enough to put you off the musical for life.

If we're talking stage shows, then there's the wonderful Anything Goes that's on at the moment.

Top musical.

An oxymoron in line with "Police Intelligence" or "Palace Football".

It's breathtaking. Only show I've been to with a standing ovation after 10 minutes (the grand entrance scene).

Totally agree with all that's been said about 'The Lion King'. Absolutely superb.
Saw 'Our House' in its last week, and it was brilliant. Did you notice the bit in the car, when they went through through the Culfail Tunnel at Lewes?
Also thought the special effects in 'We will Rock You' were excellent.

If we're talking stage shows, I took Mrs Pasty to see Bombay Dreams for her birthday a while back and it was superb.

Can't believe no one's mentioned 'Cabaret' yet. Superb stage show and an even better film.

Les Miserables is superb, seen it 3 times! I'm a bit suprised no-one else has mentioned it.

Buddy is also superb, seen that 4 times!

Don't really go much on Andrew Lloyd Webber shows though.

We Will Rock You. If anyone out there loves Queen's music
then this a must for you to go and see:clap2:

Is it really that good? Mrs Pasty is planning to take me to see it for my birthday in February. Being a massive Queen fan though, I'm a bit dubious.

WSU, just below the seagull.
Very well performed, there are over 30 songs sung. Very witty in places having being written by Ben Elton.

Also there is a huge gallery of photograph's of Freddie Mercury
from when he was a baby through his life until his death.

Most of these have never been seen before.

Also if you can get seats up in the stalls(they are a bit cheaper!)
go for them because the way the production is performed it looks better looking down onto the stage rather than having to keep looking up.

trust me you will have a wonderful night out.
