Estate agent and honest words that don't go together in the same sentence! I've got some good advise buy low sell high! don't use and estate agent money for nothing!

seems like you are very good at generalising about people.

I offered honest unbiased advice with no ulterior motive. Good luck to you if you can sell a property for the best price and see the sale through to a succesful completion ( dealing/negotiating directly with your buyers/various specialist companys eg remedial/surveyors/solicitors etc). I pride myself on my honest and hardworking approach to my industry.

It's a shame that there are misguided people like you who are prepared to tar everybody with the same brush!
