Ive just spent the last 2 days working through god knows how many power point slides for health and safety training for my job including loads on working at height and its a breath of fresh air watching Fred Dibnah :lolol::thumbsup: How times have changed.

That made me squim in my chair.

In my younger days I've done building and window cleaning but was always uncomfortable with ladders & heights.

Watching things like that really has a physical affect on me, the tingling in the toes, as someone else mentioned.
