Personally I don't give flying f**k about my post count, but I do care about NSC knowing what diverse musical tastes everyone else listens to. As soon as someone posts on the iTunes thread, other posters are then inspired to post what they are listening to.
But nobody ever actually reads it. It is entirely pointless
