It'll be pretty neat to see Forest, Leeds and Wednesday get promoted.

Because they are massive clubs historically. Particularly if stoke et al got relegated.

I thought there was something to do with only being able to spend a certain percentage of generated income on player wages.

Generated income can be manipulated.

It would appear there are ways to increase generated income if a little questionable.
