Maybe so, althought techically of course he wasn't a Fulham player when the were promoted last season.

You could always take a look at this, then you would know the exact status of all our players (plus those who departed during the season ) - Brighton & Hove Albion 2018-19 - February Premier League squad, U-21s and contract durations
