North and South Stands

This might have been answered before but ...

If it came to it and after the corners have been filled in and the extra tier on the east can the end stands be extended (i.e. have another tier on them) without causing to much grief or would it require the roof coming off and lots of structural works?

I know this is quite a way off to say the least but thought I'd ask anyway. Think they look a little strange meself

As I understand it, they could be extended back or up, but I don't think this can be done without additional roof / structural work...unlike the East.
