More gym - I have no excuse being my office is above the gym.

The downsides of this plan is that my office is also next to the bar!

I fell for that one when I worked at Amex. Finished work at 5.30, over to the gym for an hour and a half or so, then straight into the bar. Did more harm than good in the end
