FT: 1-0 England. And if Denmark are supposed to be one of the best in Europe... pretty shocking.

Lots of passing with little end product. Hmmmm.

Good goal for England though. The Mexican wave was quite funny, for the first six rounds of the stadium.

Crap game but Oscar jnr enjoyed it. Left after the goal and was home by 9.45.

Too many kids, too many mexican waves. Left at half time. On the plus side, the balti pie was nice.

Are you sure it was a mythical Balti?
Dick's bar told me they weren't doing them tonight.
WSU sevices said they were but notill half-time.
Massive queues at half-time saw me nowhere near being served.
Went back to game.
Returned to servery and apparently was sold a Balti.
Returned with it to seat and took an eagerly awaited bite.
Somehow it had become plain chicken!!

Noel Blake before the game “We heard about the potential attendance [at the Amex] a couple of weeks ago and it’s similar to the U19s game we had at Chesterfield earlier this year and also at Colchester a couple of years ago.”

“They’ve all been well supported and The FA, the National Coaches and the players all appreciate it.”

What a yawnfest that was. All players technically sound and very few mistakes made but all too afraid to take a risk for fear of getting dropped i assume.
