but still the BT Wholesale fix time is 40 hours [between the hours of mon-fri 8-6] on a fault.

I've also found a lot of the staff seem to forget they can't legally work quicker on BT Retail stuff, been useful for encouraging stuff to move up the queue

I still cant understand why people get upset with Sky - anything they do new is ALWAYS crap for three years until they get the hang of it and have spent all the interest earned on your money they hold for months in advance.

When sky tell people to jump everybody says how high and then have to wait six months to find out how to get back down safely again
