I would suggest this is the tickets sold figure and will include 3000 Wednesday fans.

So about 8500 Palace bothered going I reckon.

Definitely less than 10k with the no shows. When we play Wednesday on the 14th the crowd is expected to be over 26,000 and may even nudge past 27,000

Crystal Palace - a plucky little league one outfit punching way above their weight in the Championship.

If it had been Barnsley, it would have been a sub 10000/11000 crowd. Poor given that they have been in the top 2 divisions for the last 30 years

Look at the difference in our crowds after just 2 home league games each.

18k + more have gone through the Amex turnstiles than Shitehurst Park. Plus their attendances have been inflated by over 4k away fans (Watford & Wednesday) whereas we have only had 1k away fans in our figure (Cardiff & Barnsley).

They should hang their heads in shame - Palace - League One support yet playing in the Championship

That will be corrected later by a Nigel , to the last 35 years

just looking through the attendances today it does seem like they are down on previous seasons - swear burnley/derby/ipswich/barnsley have all averaged more than there gates today

guess it's just the price of football these days

can only see average home crowds being more at sheff wed, wolves and poss leeds and derby this seasn.
