The NEXT sale on Carden Ave - the car park is gridlock, cars are parked all over the grass verges on Carden Ave and chocca round the corner on Carden Hill. I do not and never will understand the appeal of a shop that sells grossly overpriced crap to wannabe middle class people nationwide who are blinded by the brand name NEXT. £45 for a jumper made in Bangladesh and purchased wholesale for £1, oooh yes please.

And breathe ;)

You'll not like me. I was at the Next outlet in Andover at 4.30am yesterday.

Spent £190 on stuff for me, husband and the kids that three days earlier would have cost me just over £500.

Well worth it.

I was then at Markses for 8am doing the same again! LOL

4.30am  I wouldnt waste my lay-ins at the moment for any half price bargains, its madness! I love M&S and Next but you wont catch me near the shops until everyone is back to work and kids are back at shool!

I was awake anyway dealing with a sick child, saw no reason why my husband should be sleeping if I was awake and so left him with sick child and was away out. I saved nearly £600 between the two shops. That is either mine and the oldests season tickets paid for in one day (I'd have brought the clothes whether they were on sale or not, just not at 5am.) or a sizable donation to my daughters respite care!

Well worth it!

I was up anyway, I have in the past gotten up especially to go but am getting a little old for that. Since I was up I figured my husband might as well be left in charge of the kids and I was off.

The Next outlet in Andover is new and I don't think many people knew it was open at that time so it wasn't too bad. M&S at Hedge End was mega busy though.
