The whole thing appears to be built on slopes. It'll never work. Pens will roll off desks; the kid's who's "top of the class" may actually be 30ft downhill from the thickies...
Where are the public enquiries? Don't they know, with a place like that there will be hundreds of nasty vandals about the place, not just at 3pm on a Saturday every other week, but every day of the week for 40 weeks of the year. What about the litter, noise, damage to property, let alone the effects on bats, and house prices. Proposed to move in in 2010, shouldn't that be 2020?
