Your number exists, it has has since 1989 or 1990 or whatever, you just need to get the actual number.

It may be on your GCSE results or similar, btw.

Until you are 16 you are only allowed to do something like a paper round.
Anything else is illegal. You don't need an NI number to do a paper round.
