My much more knowledgeable on horses wife suggested that horses don't know their names in the same way that dogs do. That's when I leapt on the Gus idea.

Hove may yet see the AMEX, I'll need to chuck something at Murray when he returns, and a rotting gerbil corpse in a wooden box is as good as anything else.
