How about something to reflect both tradition and progress in football?

Drawing on one of football's more historic grounds- Shrewsbury Town- and one of its contemporary arenas- Derby County- to create

Gay Pride Park

lets just get a bloody stadium first and then worry about naming
it because plenty of willing takers will appear from the woodwork
to take the option.

How about the ultimate in ironic names: the ABC, the Archer-Belloti Crucible? Of course, I am joking. I would like the new home to be called the Knight-Perry Stadium.
Swindon Town have just announced that they have identified a disused rubbish dump as the site for their 25,000-capacity new stadium. They plan to have it ready for the start of the 2007/08 season. Getting a new home seems to be easy for other clubs. Swindon fans will choose the design.
Given that, in January, the DPM's office told us that the decision on Falmer would be announced within two months, I feel that the club would be entitled to ask Whitehall for clarification if the announcement has not been made by the end of this month.

Amex Arena sounds good to me as long as they pay a shit load for the privelage.

Naming the stands will be more fun.

Do we get a chav denim company to sponsor it and call it the Falmer Falmer Stadium?

Personally, I think the Stadium of Natural Beauty has a nice ring to it, with the fans at the 'Railway' end and the 'Rancid Duck Pond' end, and the fans at the side being at the 'A27' side and the 'Up Yours Health & Rackets Club' side.
