I think O'Callaghan, Paul Reid and a couple of others have all slated Wilkins man management skills...not saying that was the only reason they left etc but do recall it seemed they all had the same thing to say about that subject.

O'Callaghan actually praised Wilkins. Reid had a whinge, fair enough, and maybe the communication with the players who weren't in the first team squads regularly could have been better. But that is something to be worked on, not a sacking offence.
