However, and adopting the Simon Cowell principle of harsh but fair honesty, your prose style is weak and your grammar and punctuation often badly wrong. If you submitted this to a newspaper, a sub-editor would have a field day. Hopefully you'll get better the more you write – after all, having a go is the best way to learn.

thanks for your thoughts and i will take your criticism on board. it was just a trial piece and i wanted to get it in quickly to actually get the job. i will take more time with it in future

Nice informal style. Maybe I would have used players full names for people with limited Albion knowledge. And left it at dissapionting and not put embarrasing. Good work.
