B & Q have it and their website can tell you if the local branch has it in stock. £11 for a litre and I probably used no more than a third of it.

We're having our kitchen floor up cos some bright spark decided to put a load of expanding foam down our pipes and it's clogged up the entire fracking system.

Got some Oil Shale there then ?

Can you not find a chemical solutions that will dissolve expanding foam

If B&Q don't have it then Banfields definitely will. That's that little old hardware shop on Little Western St off Western Rd by Norfolk Square.
