Yes we all went to Cardiff. It cost Tank a fortune cos he had to lay on a Limo for us to get there! Great day out we had. Atmosphere was fantastic, much better than than the two times we went to Wembley with Gills, especially v Wigan cos they only brought about 10k fans with em!

I can't imagine being 2-0 up with 8 minutes to go and then losing (and missing?) in a shoot out was much fun!

You don't actually call him The Tank do you?

He doesnt really socialise with any of the squad out side of work cos we live too far away, most of them live in or around Sussex and we live in Hampshire!

I can quite understand why he or the others might not want to though, opening themselves up to a lot of idiotic abuse potentially.

Although I reckon from most quarters it would be something closer to hero-worship.

The Tank was more of 'in house' nickname really so there was never a chant Braders! Well not that I knew of anyway.

Cant speak for anyone else, but Tank does have a look on here every now and then if I'm reading anything of interest!! He would never post anything though! He likes reading the 'Players Ratings'!!!

Have to agree it does seem a little strange. Would you call your other half the "Tank"? Fair play if it is really Mrs Butters but it's awfully easy to come on to a message board and pretend to be someone you're not.

Obviously I cant physcially prove myself on here can I? and as for inaccuracies well I assume you that you must know Tank really well then to be able to spot one? I agree it would easy to come on here and pretend to be someone you are not, but in the end you would get found out, but I really have no reason to make mugs of ppl. I dont get to many games so this is my way of keeping up with what goes on!

I still chat to loads of Gills fans on their site or msn and they know me cos they have met me at the games and at club functions etc. A few of us wives and girlfriends used to go into the chatroom every Sunday for a laugh! I always refer to him as Tank as they know him by that name so its a habit now. I am sure that if were to ask some of them they would vouch for me....not that you would really want to visit the Gills Connect MB I'm sure lol

I told you about Soccer AM cross bar challenge didnt I?, and I could also tell you about something thats happening tonight regarding him but you will have to wait til later this evening or tomorrow to find out the outcome!! Apart from that I cant really prove it to you can I?!

So keep wracking your brains Waterhall Wizard but I think you will find you will be the one with egg on your face not the other posters!.
