This comment from a Millwall fan

That website (sorry posters) is laughable.

Mtr & Mrs angry from Tunbridge Wells or should i say Ditchling...stuck in their little englander time warp.

Go on and on about families would be put off etc..just embarassing, sanitised, self righteous shit spewed from every angle on there.

Generally they all have a true football gene missing on there.

There on a level of watford, non entities who add nothing to football culture except to wave their flags and plastic foam hands at games - and all in the name of family entertainment.

why dont they all fcuk off and watch repeated episodes of x-factor.

This coming from the people that seem to think it's acceptable to tell their little kids to call us "hiv scum"
These idiots are just a bunch of Neanderthal twats living in the 80's.

I believe it can be simple. Tickets only available to ST holders. Mid day kick off. Organised coach travel only (by Millwall) For that match only temp. fencing from visiting exit to coach park. No P & P coaches or other coaches until the Millwall ones have been escorted away. By having at midday no one can complain that they have to wait a short time to get access to the coaches. Just show videos etc on the main screens/concourses.

Treat Millwall and their supporters exactly how they deserve to be. Oh and charge extra for the tickets to cover the extra cost.

One would hope that the hefty bills that Palace and Millwall have incurred will encourage them to put their own house in order and be more careful who they sell tickets to in future.

we should just keep them in the stadium for 30 mins after the game ends. not exactly hard. man utd do it with a lot of their rival fans (man city, liverpool, chelsea)

High up on the South Downs.
Let's not kill the game . I can tell you the problem they keep making these high profile games evening ko if it were Saturday they could keep them in for half hour evening they can't as train connections etc . I don't think OB have a clue evening ko they come down lunchtime drinking all day need to be policed Saturday it's probs 2-3 hours in pub max . Or is it overtime certain people want .

Agree with this. Sussex Police insisted that we play Palace with an evening ko. A completely idiotic idea! But nothing has been said to indicate that the same won't happen next year.

To the person said about the away fans moving, was told by a tour guide at the Amex the other day that the away fans wont be getting moved as they would have to move ST holders but they dont want to do that.

The ideal way to deal with it is have these games on Saturday, keep the home fans in for 30 minutes, you'll have time for a pie and a pint then safely leave the ground..

I thought you had to give away team 10% of capacity minimum ,if they wanted it - so if we increase to 30k then away can have 3,000 next season. Just need better policing and a little more organisation - won't be a problem.

The Police are the problem. The club where fine inside the ground. But the police lost it.

Limiting tickets probably won't do much, apart from most likely creating a higher concentration of the deranged fans. It needs more effective policing and methods of either making sure both sets of fans don't mix or bussing them away from the ground after our fans.

I don't think limiting away fans will help. Better Policing will.

During the game last night it was fine. I can't comment on the half time crazyness. The problem IMO was what happened before and after.

My son is a STH and I have no problem with taking him to games like last night. He is 8. I did my best to ensure that we avoided any possible situations by arriving early and then asking the stewards what was going on afterwards. It would be preferable if the police could manage that instead.

There are good fans and absolute idiots and those who say,"I see nothing"...as Mushtaq...so the person who was serving in the kiosk assaulted themselves and the toilets just disintegrated on their own did they...they're living in the past...homophibic remarks don't bother me..but it gets boring...30 year old banter and they think they are being funny and clever instead they are being inmature. Must admit most of it comes from the younger element....kids today eh!

Can you imagine what some of them would do to the away end if held back for half an hour?

It is the minority causing trouble but laws are in place to deal with them if the Police want to/in a position to enforce them.

100% this. Go for a 12pm kick off on a Saturday or Sunday.

Be interesting to see how Pompey goes, which is a Saturday 3pm KO I believe.

To be fair, I can't argue with much of that.

It was the same on here after the pa*ace game, people wetting their pants because person X next to them stood up/smoked/swore/made hand signals
