MP3 Help please!

Hi, hope you all had a great christmas!
I got a MP3 for christmas and was just wondering if anyone knew how to get songs from CD's onto my MP3. They come up in Windows Meadia Player files but do not work. Does anyone know how to turn these into WMA files or MP3 files?

When you plug in the MP3 to the PC it should show a new device - usually drive e.

You will need to convert your CDs tracks to MP3 format - do a google search there are free software downloads.

If no joy I'll tell you the one I use at home as somewhere else at present.

I use I-Tunes to rip to MP3 and then just drag and drop them to the MP3 player in Windows .

Sadly I have to use ITUNES as I have an IPOD however [refer the pther system I have at home

I have worked it out, thank you for helping, just incase anyone wants to know, all I have to do is 'rip' them onto Windows Meadia Player Libary, then 'sinc' them onto my MP3.
