My most expensive drink was the first one I bought for my future wife!!!!!! Don't get me wrong, still married but the bill keeps going up and up and up!!!!!

A mate of mine married a high maintenance type. When her credit cards got stolen, he didn't report it because the thief was spending less on them than she was

About £4.50 for a bottle of water in Manumission, Ibiza back in 1997.

Taps turned off so no chance of a free drink.

I was lucky enough to stay at the Burj-Al-Arab in Dubai, the mini bar was a bit expensive 1 can of diet coke £10.00 & a bottle of Bud was £15.00 & that was in 2006, the mini bar stayed well stocked that week.

They've put the prices up since then!

300 euro in bagdad cafe barcelona for a bottle of champagne with a nice russian lady who did not wear much!

I live in leicester now (go to uni there) and work in a rock club and we sell double house vodka + coke for £2.50 all week £3.50 for double vodka and red bull plus VK + Carlsberg bottle's for £1.50.

Leicester may be a sh!thole but at least you can drunk for peanuts and forget about it!!
