reminds me of a journey i made in 1989 from Katowice in Poland to East Berlin, 12 hours standing up because there wasnt even room to sit on the floor.Every station we stopped at more and more people got on.....that was my journey from hell !

I once travelled from Belgrade to Skopje (and onwards to Greece) on a similarly crowded train. It wasn't just the people who made it intolerable. It was the CHICKENS they had with them.

My nightmare journey was getting a taxi to see BHA play in Cardiff, there and back in a day........that was messy !!

But we won though!!!!
