Just had 2 swift pints myself. I wish pubs sold ice-cold semi-skimmed milk by the pint - better than coke / lemonade etc on the nights when I'm when I'm driving / don't fancy a beer.

skimmed milk is wonderful. thirst quenching and doesn't leave the film in your mouth like semi and full fat do. to drink alone, skimmed is the way forward. i normally do at least a pint a day... treat

everyone says that until they settle down with a nice cold pint... trust me, it will not let you down. semi leaves your mouth dry and often gives a nasty afternaste. skimmed would never do such a thing.
semi in my brew or cereal, sure, but to drink, no thank you.
