dammit...I've just realised I cant use the phrase: "I would'nt watch Sussex if you paid me!" :lolol:
 








Maybe batting on for a bit after lunch was the right decision.

The declaration came at 240/9, leaving Middlesex with 343 to chase in 58 overs - 5.91 runs per over.

So far, they don't seem to be trying to achieve this. But an earlier declaration, on a small ground, would have given us a real prospect of Sussex losing.

If we get the 10 wickets, all well and good. If not, we'll get the draw and be 10 points clear at the top of the table.
