It's also the case with Brentford that they are fans who show real loyalty to be supporting the club in the first place. They must be fourth in the pecking order in west London, after Chelsea, QPR and Fulham. Also, apart from a few chavvy kids in the main stand to the right of the away stand, they are pretty decent fans. I like to think I would have become a Brentford fan if we had stayed living in Kew, where I lived from the ages of 1 to 6, rather than going for Chelsea, which probably most lads in that area would have done.
