Microsoft word help needed

Great people of NSC I need some help, I'm trying to be a lazy sod and write large paragraphs on demand by setting up a function in Word where I can simply type a code and a wonderful sentence appears.

Eg. s1 - following our last corrospndence I am delighted to inform you that the previous issues have been resolved...

Any body know how I can set it up?

Haven't used it for a long time but its on the insert tab then Quick Parts icon

Go to Tools > AutoCorrect Options. Under the AutoCorrect TAB, use the 'Replace text as you type' option.

Or set them as Macro's. View - Macros, record macros, hit F2 and then record the phrase.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I suggest you use spell check before you save any of these phrases.

Thanks, I have followed the Auto correct suggestion and it's working wonderfully
