Gus has a passion. And I want my team to go out with a passion. Not just that of course. And I don't believe it is just the English who rate passion.

It's not so much passion per se, I'll admit it has it's place, it's the fact it often gets put on the same level as talent and ability. Or even, as is the case with the Sheff Utd fans, above talent and ability.

passion is an important element, but without tactical knowhow, the ability to inspire and a red hot self belief it can turn into a millstone round your neck, there is something about MA and he has had enough success to know that he is not a one trick pony but maybe his forte is the lower divisions, I was sorry it didn't work our 2nd time round but something in my heart told me it wouldn't, I would love to see Micky keep them up and he will allways be an albion hero to me.
